Found Around the House

The things that earned a permanent spot — in the kitchen, the home gym, and the bag by the door.

Overhead flatlay on a weathered wooden table: a black cast iron skillet at the center, surrounded by a canvas day pack with a leather strap, a stainless steel water bottle, a chef's knife with a wooden handle, a wooden spoon, a black kettlebell, a jump rope with wooden handles, a jar of flaky sea salt, a headlamp, a ripe peach, and a cream linen towel with a peach stripe.

Tools and gear we use often enough to have opinions about: the pan that lives on the stove, the kettlebell in the corner, the pack we take on the trail. If it's in a note, we bought it with our own money, used it hard, and would buy it again. When a cheaper option does the job just as well, we'll say so.

The one scoop I never cancel

The first entry in Found Around the House: the AG1 habit Adam has kept since 2019, what's actually in the scoop, what the evidence does and doesn't show, the price, and a little about AGZ, its nighttime counterpart.
